Gümüşlük
Quiet and low-density, with its stone-house fabric intact. Ideal for seasonal use, very still in winter.
Bitez
Family-oriented, known for its shallow bay and tangerine groves. Prices sit roughly 35% below Yalıkavak.
Turgutreis
Sunset views and a broad supply of homes make it one of the strongest rental-yield areas.
