The Antalya Housing Market: Autumn 2026 Review

How price per square metre moved in Lara and Konyaaltı last quarter, and which districts pulled ahead.

Overview

The Antalya housing market has split in two this autumn. Price per square metre has flattened along the coast in Lara and Konyaaltı, while inland districts such as Kepez and Döşemealtı keep climbing.

The numbers

  • Sea-view listings now take an average of 46 days to sell.
  • Overseas demand is concentrating on euro-denominated listings.
  • On the rental side, furnished apartments sit vacant for just nine days.

What to do

If you are selling, pricing to the market decides how much interest the first fortnight brings. If you are buying, autumn is when end-of-season reductions cluster. Get in touch if you would like a current valuation of your own property.
